Once the cancellation is processed, we credit your refund amount into the original source of payment according to the reason for which the cancellation request is been raised. The amount will be credited into your original source within 5-days.
Note:
- If the flight is cancelled by the airline then you will get full refund (Excluding udChalo Convenience Fee).
- If your booking is cancelled under voluntary reason then the cancellation charges will be applicable.
एक बार कैंसलेशन प्रोसेस हो जाने के बाद, हम आपकी रिफंड अमाउंट को उस कारण के अनुसार भुगतान के मूल स्रोत में जमा कर देते हैं जिसके लिए रद्द करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। राशि 5 दिवसों के भीतर आपके बैंक अकाउंट में जमा कर दी जाएगी।
ध्यान दें:
- अगर एयरलाइन द्वारा उड़ान रद्द कर दी जाती है तो आपको पूरा रिफंड मिलेगा (उडचलो सुविधा शुल्क को छोड़कर)।
- यदि आपकी बुकिंग वोलंटरी कारण से रद्द की जाती है तो कैंसलेशन चार्जेज लागू होगा।
