udChalo credits allow you to use credit balance to book trips on udChalo. udChalo credits contain failed booking payments as well as refunds from your previous trips. Also, you may always refund the entire credit balance back to your bank account anytime.
You can transfer the credit balance to any of the bank account through NEFT.
(Please Note: Partial transfer of udChalo credit balance is not possible.)
Below are the steps to transfer to bank account:-
Step 1: Login to udChalo.com
Step 2: Click on "udChalo credit" option in the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Click on "Refund To Bank" Option.
Step 4: In the next page fill your NEFT details correctly and tick on the Check box and click on "Submit".
Step 5: Once the request is been submitted you will receive the message notification on you phone number and email id.
Step 6: You will get a SMS with Authentication Link on your registered Mobile Number and Email as well.
(Note: The Link will be valid for 15 minutes only. In Case of Authentication failure amount will back in udChalo credit only.)
Step 7: a) Once you receive the link, You have to click on the link within 15 minutes for authentication and Your NEFT request will get submitted.
The amount will credit to the bank account within 3 days.
Step 7: b) If you failed to click on the link within 15 minutes, You will get below error/msg.
