Once the request is been raised from customer's end our team will work on your request within 30 minutes. Our team will action on your profile, You will get notification via Text msg/Email.
Kindly follow below steps to verify your profile on udChalo.
Step 1- To verifying the profile we have to "Login" into the profile.
Step 2- A) Once you are logged in, you will get a pop-up to join, click on the option "Check Eligibility"
Step 3- In the next page you will get an option for selecting the"Armed Force"
Step 4- In the next page you have to select the association according to the Armed Forces selected in previous page.
Step 5- In the next step Either enter the Service number, or upload the document.
Step 5-A)- If Customer is entering the service number, the directly Submit option will highlight.
* After selecting the Submit option, directly profile will be verified and popup will show.
Step 5-B)- If Customer is selecting upload Image, Please make sure that the maximum file size should be 3MB. Upload the image and click on the check box "Submit".
* You will receive the message for Fauji Family verification is pending.
