You can raise the cancellation from your end. In case your departure time is within the next 6 hours, we urge you to cancel your ticket by calling Airlines directly. You can find the Airline customer care number printed on your e-ticket. You may submit your refund request on udChalo after cancellation with the airline by following the simple steps.

Step 1: "Login" your udChalo profile with email Id or phone number. 


Step 2: Once you are login click on "My Bookings".



Step 3: 'Upcoming flights' will reflect on the screen. Select the flight which you want to cancel.



Step 4: You will get the complete details of the PNR. Click can on the "Cancel" option.



Step 5: In the next page please "Select the passenger" for which you want to raise the cancellation. 



Step 6: Select a "Reason for Cancellation" and select "Refund mode" for the same. 

a) If you have booked a ticket with the help of credit/ debit card, paytm, net-banking you will get the refund mode as Refund back to my card/ account/ paytm. 



b) If you have booked a ticket with the help of udChalo credit amount then you have to enter the NEFT details in the next page.



Step 7:  If you have already cancelled the PNR from the airline then click on the option. 




Step 8: in the next page you will get the Estimated Refund summary, click on "Proceed"




Step 9:  It will give you the option for Cancel Ticket and Reschedule. Click on "Cancel Ticket"




Step 10: Click on "Cancel Booking"  option to cancel the PNR. 




Step 11: You will get the final confirmation for the cancellation. Click on "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.




Step 12: You will receive the message and email on you registered Email-Id and phone number for the confirmation on cancellation.
