If you have made the booking Suraksha, then you have to apply for Suraksha while cancellation.

Below are the steps through which you can apply for Suraksha.
Step 1: First you have to "Login" Into udChalo profile with registered email ID or phone number. Click on "My Bookings".
Step 2: In the next page you will get the cancelled bookings. Select the booking for which you have to cancel and apply for Suraksha.
Step 3: After Selecting the booking, need to select "Cancel Flight".
Step 4.1: Once you click on Cancel Flight, then in "Claim under Suraksha" option "Yes" option will be auto selected.
Step 4.2: Need to select the Passenger for which you want to cancel the booking.
Step 4.3: Need to select the reason for cancellation, that will be "I am not travelling".
Step 4.4: After clicking on the Plus(+) button, then there will a option of "No Question Asked - No Document Required".
Step 4.6: Then you have to click on "Proceed", Once you click on Proceed option, cancellation request will be raised.
Note:
1-If you will miss to select "Yes" under claim under Suraksha and cancelled the booking, then you can't apply for Suraksha afterward.
2- You will only get Claim refund under Suraksha option, if you have purchased Suraksha while booking.
4- If you miss to select "Yes", then airline normal refund will be processed.
